Heat Flows Info is a collection of resources for heat transfer and related subjects like, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, compressible flow, and so on.
     The site admin- Dr. Katte, is a remote descendant of big bang, made of carbon-based organic molecules, living on a mote of dust circling a humdrum star in the remotest corner of an obscure galaxy in the immensity of space, occupying an instant in the expanse of ages, attempting to understand Heat Transfer, an infinitesimal branch of Cosmos from which we all spring*.

     He holds a Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), has over 16 publications, taught over 16 courses, and completed two sponsored research projects, one for the Department of Science and Technology (DST), and the other for Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

     Though he is with SASTRA University as Associate Dean (Research), in the School of Mechanical Engineering, kindly note that SASTRA University is NOT associated with this website.
